Our aim is to invest in an emblematic neighborhood of Montpellier and bring part of the festival to life there.The newly inaugurated Place Max Rouquette, located in the city center near the Peyrou Gardens, has been chosen. It pays tribute to the Occitan poet, author of a prolific theatrical body of work with a universal dimension.

This is a fully developed square, surrounded by cafés, a place that pulses with life in the lively Arceaux district, at the foot of the old aqueduct. In this square, a dance floor and a 200 m² marquee will be set up to host milongas and activities from Friday, May 8 through Tuesday, May 12 inclusive. A temporary installation to bring tango to life and help people discover it in the city !
